Banana and Oatmeal Cookies


Lately I have been trying to eat healthier. I came across this snack which could satisfy my sweet tooth. The best part is that these cookies require only 2 ingredients: bananas and oatmeal. 

I made 11 mini cookies with 1 medium size banana and 1 pack of instant Cinnamon Roll oatmeal.

 Mix banana (riper bananas - better) and oatmeal using fork or blender.


You can also add chocolate chips, raisins, nuts... 

Separate them into chunks on a greased cookie sheet (I used a little bit of butter).

Bake them at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 15 minutes.
